Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

You must submit the return request within 30 days of your package's delivery. No returns made after 30 days from receiving the item(s) will be accepted. Meanwhile, we will process all returns and refunds in 3 business days once we receive the return item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (cannot be removed), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact customer service through E-mail at [email protected].

There is only one chance to return and exchange, please confirm before returning.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

However, be sure to update the tracking number & logistics carrier in the Returns Center or provide us via email as soon as you ship your return.

We will process all returns and refunds in 3 business days.

Additional Notes

We cover shipping costs for items over $70 if you do not want the item you purchased or chose the wrong item. Please check the product information carefully before purchasing, especially the size chart. Thank you for your patience.

Please note that you can communicate with our customer service to refund part of the shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred. If the item is damaged or faulty when it is delivered to you, the package is lost or damaged, etc., we will refund the full amount.
